“I had a wonderful time dining at The Hub in the hotel. I ordered the Kale Salad with roasted chicken which was plentiful and tasty, despite a little surprise with it being a spinach salad instead. The lemon dressing was great! My husband enjoyed the Bison Sloppy Joe, which he found to be quite spicy but couldn't resist finishing.
